{"id":1020,"date":"2014-01-28T13:51:44","date_gmt":"2014-01-28T12:51:44","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.ebps.at\/?page_id=1020"},"modified":"2014-06-10T08:55:28","modified_gmt":"2014-06-10T06:55:28","slug":"archiving","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.ebps.at\/en\/archiving\/","title":{"rendered":"Archiving"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Documents handled daily in a blood donation centre can be digitalised by PMS and filed in an electronic archive.<\/p>\n<p>In the course of digitalisation the documents depending on the type of document are automatically provided with key words by means of a bar code.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>donor questionnaires<\/li>\n<li>screening document<\/li>\n<li>self-exclusion form<\/li>\n<li>donation logs<\/li>\n<li>production logs<\/li>\n<li>test logs<\/li>\n<li>\u2026<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In addition, donor documents are provided with the unambiguous donor number and the date of donation.<\/p>\n<p>Before being filed, the documents are digitally encoded in order to guarantee their authenticity.<\/p>\n<p>By means of a convenient search tool the archive can be systematically searched for individual documents.
