In the course of digitalisation the documents depending on the type of document are automatically provided with key words by means of a bar code.

In addition, donor documents are provided with the unambiguous donor number and the date of donation.
Before being filed, the documents are digitally encoded in order to guarantee their authenticity.
By means of a convenient search tool the archive can be systematically searched for individual documents. Subsequently, the documents are available for further use.
Thus, the time needed for searching donor questionnaires will be reduced to a minimum.
